Sourced from only our greatest Terrassen Mosel vineyards in our hometown of Winningen and our neighbouring villages of Kobern and Lehmen. All our ancient Mosel vineyards are very low yeild. We pick everything by hand, wild ferment, minimal intervention in the cellar, battonage to cream out the wines in their long stay in barrel. Crystal clear yet no filtering, no fining, and minimal sulfur right at bottling. This is an insane example of Mosel Riesling and a spectacular winemaking acheivement for Rob and I. 
 
Aged in some of the best French oak these two expats can find including Latour, Francois Frere, Siguine Moreaux, Damy, and of course, a substantial amount of Ermitage.
